What’s the weather like where you are?

Here in Central Oregon, we’re in the middle of a cycle of snow, rain, ice, repeat. Yuck.

Guess what, guys! I reached my goal weight!  Yay, me!

As you can imagine, I was VERY excited when I stepped on that scale last week.

It was such a great feeling to reach my goal, after several months of training for my first marathon and being diligent about my diet on the Weight Watchers Freestyle plan!

A few months back, my doctor asked me the world’s dumbest question.

“Have you ever thought about losing weight?”

After smacking myself on the forehead to signal the sheer genius of her revelation, I exclaimed, “Why, no! Until this moment, the thought had never crossed my mind. Thank you, Doctor! Thank you so much!  This changes EVERYTHING!”
